The full registration fee has been reduced to $1,200, a discount of 20%. This covers full participation in the Symposium, including receptions, lunches, dinners, and hotel transfers to the meeting site. Lodging and airport transfers are not included and should be booked separately.

After you have registered your short biography will be posted on our Participating Innovators page and included in the program and DVD. We ask also that you send a photo (JPEG format) to the contact below so that we could potentially include it in the web page, program and DVD as well.
