A spa industry expert known for her work in organic luxury, natural beauty, and global sustainability issues, Mary-Elizabeth Gifford has worked for some of the world’s leading destination spas.

Deeply rooted in agriculture, Mary-Elizabeth serves on the Board of Directors of Demeter-USA, the biodynamic agriculture movement considered beyond organic, and on the Board of Directors of Steller, a U.S.D.A.-authorized certifier of Organic farmland.
