Whitney Cooper

Whitney Cooper is CREST's program associate in Washington. She handles administrative tasks for the Washington office, assists with programmatic work, and is overseeing the closing details of the recent Travelers' Philanthropy conference that took place in Arusha, Tanzania. She graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2007 with an M.Sc. in International Studies focusing on tourism development and cultural heritage. Her graduate work included a six-month internship on the north coast of Honduras, developing ecotourism strategies in national parks and with local Garifuna tribes.
